1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between the Independent Entrepreneur "ALEXANDR DAMIAN" (hereinafter — "Seller") and the user (hereinafter — "User") regarding the use of services available on the website muonline.one.
1.2. By using the service and/or making a payment, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them, and fully agree to comply with them. For the purposes of these Terms, payment constitutes an unconditional acceptance (consent) of the User.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes means the User's consent to them.
2.1. The server muonline.one is completely free to play. No subscriptions or mandatory purchases are required. All game advantages can be obtained through regular gameplay, without spending money.
2.2. Payments made by the User are voluntary contributions to support and develop the server and related services.
2.3. In gratitude for the support, the User receives an instant in-game reward — Credits, which provide certain advantages in the game.
2.4. Credits are a digital service and are provided to the User under a simple (non-exclusive) license. This means that the User receives a limited right to use Credits exclusively on the muonline.one server for in-game purchases, activating VIP status, and accessing additional game features. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, physical goods, or services outside the Game.
2.5. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be used on other servers or platforms. Once Credits are credited to the User's account, the service for their provision is considered fully rendered.
2.6. The Seller provides digital content and services in accordance with Legea nr. 247/2024 (Law on Digital Content and Services).
2.7. The activity is carried out as an Independent Entrepreneur in accordance with Legea nr. 228/2025 (Law on Independent Economic Activity of Individuals).
3.1. The use of the game server and related services is governed by these Terms, as well as the Server Rules, which are an integral part of this Agreement.
3.2. The Server Rules contain norms of behavior, a list of permitted and prohibited actions, as well as a description of sanctions for their violation.
4.1. The User is fully responsible for the safety of their account credentials (login, password). All actions performed using their account are considered actions of the User themselves.
4.2. Transferring account access to third parties is prohibited. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized access to the User's account.
6.1. If the User does not agree with at least one of the clauses of these Terms or the Server Rules, they are obliged to refuse to make a payment and use the service.
6.2. Legally significant action (Acceptance). Making a payment is an unconditional and sufficient confirmation that the User has read these Terms and the Server Rules, fully understands their content, and accepts them without any reservations or exceptions.
6.3. No right to ignorance. The User cannot refer to the fact that they did not read the text of the Terms or Rules (including if they skimmed through them or did not familiarize themselves with them for any reason before making a payment). The fact of payment is automatic and indisputable consent to all provisions of this document.
7.1. Immunity does not exist. Purchase of Credits, activation of VIP status, or any other payments DO NOT provide the User with immunity from compliance with the Server Rules. The amount of funds contributed is not a basis for exemption from liability for their violation and does not grant the right to create preferences over other players.
7.2. If a violation of the Server Rules is detected, the Administration has the right to apply sanctions to the User, up to and including complete and irreversible blocking of the game account (Ban).
7.3. Consequences of blocking the main account for violation of the Rules. The User acknowledges and agrees that in the event of blocking their game account for violation of the Server Rules:
a) This violation is considered the fault and responsibility solely of the User, regardless of whether they read the Rules before or after the payment.
b) All paid but unused Credits, as well as all advantages purchased with Credits (including VIP status, game items, upgrades), remain on the blocked account and become unavailable for use.
c) The Seller does not refund the money paid for the Credits, and does not compensate them in any other way.
d) Blocking an account does not give the right to compensation, transfer of unused Credits, or transfer of paid advantages to any other (including an existing or new) account of the User.
7.4. By making a payment, the User assumes all risks associated with possible future violation of the Rules and understands that the fact of payment is not a guarantee of their perpetual access to the Server if they fail to comply with the established norms of behavior.
7.5. Multiple accounts and combating referral cheating.
a) The Rules do not prohibit the User from creating and using several game accounts for regular play.
b) It is forbidden to create additional accounts using one's own referral link. The referral system is designed to invite new players, not for the User to create "clones" to obtain cheated Credits for resets.
c) If a User creates several accounts using their referral link (or otherwise artificially cheats the referral system), their actions are qualified as a malicious violation of the Rules (abuse).
d) For such a violation, maximum sanctions are applied:
— Immediate HWID ban (hardware block), making it impossible to launch the game on that computer forever.
— Deletion (ban) of all accounts belonging to the User, including the main account intended to receive the cheated Credits.
8.1. Any attempt to dispute a payment (chargeback) after receiving the service (crediting of Credits) will be regarded as a fraudulent act and abuse of right.
8.2. In the event of initiating a chargeback procedure, the User's account is subject to automatic and permanent blocking without the right to restoration, and without any compensation or refund of already spent Credits.
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for temporary interruptions and downtime of the server caused by technical issues, actions of Internet providers, hosting, or force majeure circumstances.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of other users or for any damage caused by the User disclosing their account credentials.
9.3. The Seller's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last completed transaction.
9.4. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
9.5. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in the courts of the Republic of Moldova at the Seller's place of registration.
9.6. In case of a technical error (non-crediting of Credits when funds are debited), the User undertakes to first contact the Support Service to resolve the issue, rather than initiating a refund.
10.1. Server and content operation: The Server Administration ensures the functioning of the website, game server, and related services on an "AS IS" basis. Carrying out technical work, updating game content, website functions, and releasing fixes is carried out periodically, as necessary, and to the extent that the Administration deems sufficient to maintain the operability and development of the Project.
10.2. Changes to rules and terms: The Server Administration has the right to make changes at any time and without prior agreement with Users to:
a) these Terms of Service (TOS);
b) the Server Rules;
c) game content and game mechanics;
d) the functionality and appearance of the website.
10.3. Informing about changes: The Administration may, but is not obliged to, additionally inform each User about upcoming or past changes. The main methods of notification about key changes are:
a) publication of news on the official website;
b) publication of information on the project forum;
c) sending informational emails. Upon registration, the User is automatically added to the mailing list for informational newsletters. The Administration reserves the right to send such letters manually, as necessary, to inform about important events or changes. The User can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time in their account settings.
10.4. User's responsibility for tracking changes. The User is obliged to independently and regularly familiarize themselves with the current versions of the Terms and Rules posted on the website muonline.one. Continued use of the service after any changes are made means the User's full and unconditional consent to such changes.
1.1. Настоящие Условия предоставления услуг (далее — «Условия») регулируют отношения между Индивидуальным Предпринимателем „ALEXANDR DAMIAN” (далее — «Продавец») и пользователем (далее — «Пользователь») по использованию сервисов, доступных на сайте muonline.one.
1.2. Используя сервис и/или совершая платеж, Пользователь подтверждает, что ознакомился с настоящими Условиями, понимает их и полностью соглашается их соблюдать. Для целей настоящих Условий, платеж является безоговорочным акцептом (согласием) Пользователя.
1.3. Продавец имеет право в любой момент изменить настоящие Условия. Изменения вступают в силу с момента их публикации на данной странице. Продолжение использования сервиса после публикации изменений означает согласие Пользователя с ними.
2.1. Сервер muonline.one является полностью бесплатным. Для игры не требуется никаких подписок или обязательных покупок. Все игровые преимущества могут быть получены в процессе обычной игры, без затрат денежных средств.
2.2. Платежи, осуществляемые Пользователем, являются добровольными взносами на поддержку и развитие сервера и связанных с ним сервисов.
2.3. В благодарность за поддержку Пользователь получает мгновенное внутриигровое вознаграждение — Кредиты, которые предоставляют определенные преимущества в игре.
2.4. Кредиты являются цифровым сервисом и предоставляются Пользователю на условиях простой (неисключительной) лицензии. Это означает, что Пользователь получает ограниченное право использовать Кредиты исключительно на сервере muonline.one для внутриигровых покупок, активации VIP-статуса и доступа к дополнительным игровым функциям. Кредиты не имеют денежной стоимости и не могут быть обменены на реальные деньги, физические товары или услуги за пределами Игры.
2.5. Кредиты являются нетрансферабельными (не подлежат передаче) и не могут быть использованы на других серверах или платформах. После зачисления Кредитов на счет Пользователя услуга по их предоставлению считается оказанной в полном объеме.
2.6. Продавец предоставляет цифровой контент и услуги в соответствии с Legea nr. 247/2024 (Закон о цифровом контенте и услугах).
2.7. Деятельность осуществляется в статусе Независимого Предпринимателя в соответствии с Legea nr. 228/2025 (Закон о независимой экономической деятельности физических лиц).
3.1. Использование игрового сервера и связанных с ним сервисов регулируется настоящими Условиями, а также Правилами сервера, которые являются неотъемлемой частью настоящего Соглашения.
3.2. Правила сервера содержат нормы поведения, перечень допустимых и запрещенных действий, а также описание санкций за их нарушение.
4.1. Пользователь несет полную ответственность за сохранность своих учетных данных (логин, пароль). Все действия, совершенные с использованием его аккаунта, считаются действиями самого Пользователя.
4.2. Запрещена передача доступа к аккаунту третьим лицам. Продавец не несет ответственности за ущерб, вызванный несанкционированным доступом к аккаунту Пользователя.
6.1. Если Пользователь не согласен хотя бы с одним из пунктов настоящих Условий или Правил сервера, он обязан отказаться от совершения платежа и использования сервиса.
6.2. Юридически значимое действие (Акцепт). Совершение платежа является безусловным и достаточным подтверждением того, что Пользователь ознакомился с настоящими Условиями и Правилами сервера, полностью понимает их содержание и принимает их без каких-либо оговорок и исключений.
6.3. Отсутствие права на незнание. Пользователь не может ссылаться на то, что он не читал текст Условий или Правил (в том числе, если он их пролистал или не ознакомился с ними в силу каких-либо причин перед совершением платежа). Факт платежа является автоматическим и неоспоримым согласием со всеми положениями настоящего документа.
7.1. Иммунитета не существует. Покупка Кредитов, активация VIP-статуса или любые иные платежи НЕ предоставляют Пользователю иммунитета от соблюдения Правил сервера. Размер внесенных средств не является основанием для освобождения от ответственности за их нарушение и не дает права на создание преференций перед другими игроками.
7.2. В случае выявления нарушения Правил сервера Администрация имеет право применить к Пользователю санкции вплоть до полной и безвозвратной блокировки игрового аккаунта (Ban).
7.3. Последствия блокировки основного аккаунта за нарушение Правил. Пользователь признает и соглашается с тем, что в случае блокировки его игрового аккаунта за нарушение Правил сервера:
а) Данное нарушение рассматривается как вина и ответственность исключительно самого Пользователя, независимо от того, ознакомился ли он с Правилами до или после платежа.
б) Все оплаченные, но неиспользованные Кредиты, а также все преимущества, приобретенные за Кредиты (включая VIP-статус, игровые предметы, улучшения), остаются на заблокированном аккаунте и становятся недоступными для использования.
в) Продавец не осуществляет возврат денежных средств, уплаченных за Кредиты, и не компенсирует их иным способом.
г) Блокировка аккаунта не дает права на компенсацию, перенос неиспользованных Кредитов, перенос оплаченных преимуществ на любой другой (в том числе уже существующий или новый) аккаунт Пользователя.
7.4. Совершая платеж, Пользователь принимает на себя все риски, связанные с возможным нарушением Правил в будущем, и понимает, что факт оплаты не является гарантией его бессрочного доступа к Серверу при несоблюдении установленных норм поведения.
7.5. Множественные аккаунты и борьба с накруткой рефералов.
а) Правила не запрещают Пользователю создавать и использовать несколько игровых аккаунтов для обычной игры.
б) Запрещено создавать дополнительные аккаунты с использованием своей же реферальной ссылки. Реферальная система предназначена для приглашения новых игроков, а не для создания «клонов» самим Пользователем с целью получения накрученных кредитов за ресеты.
в) Если Пользователь создает несколько аккаунтов по своей реферальной ссылке (или иным способом искусственно накручивает реферальную систему), его действия квалифицируются как злостное нарушение Правил (абуз).
г) За такое нарушение применяются максимальные санкции:
— Немедленный HWID бан (блокировка по оборудованию), что делает невозможным запуск игры на данном компьютере навсегда.
— Удаление (бан) всех аккаунтов, принадлежащих Пользователю, включая основной аккаунт, на который планировалось получать накрученные кредиты.
8.1. Любая попытка опротестования платежа (chargeback) после получения услуги (зачисления Кредитов) будет расценена как мошенническое действие и злоупотребление правом.
8.2. В случае инициирования процедуры chargeback, аккаунт Пользователя подлежит автоматической и перманентной блокировке без права восстановления, а также без какой-либо компенсации или возврата уже потраченных Кредитов.
9.1. Продавец не несет ответственности за временные сбои и перерывы в работе сервера, вызванные техническими неполадками, действиями интернет-провайдеров, хостинга или обстоятельствами непреодолимой силы (форс-мажор).
9.2. Продавец не несет ответственности за действия других пользователей или за любой ущерб, вызванный разглашением Пользователем своих учетных данных.
9.3. Максимальная ответственность Продавца в любом случае ограничивается суммой, уплаченной Пользователем за последнюю совершенную транзакцию.
9.4. Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Республики Молдова.
9.5. Все споры и разногласия решаются путем переговоров. В случае невозможности достижения согласия, спор подлежит рассмотрению в судебных инстанциях Республики Молдова по месту регистрации Продавца.
9.6. В случае технической ошибки (незачисления Кредитов при списании средств) Пользователь обязуется в первую очередь обратиться в Службу Поддержки для решения вопроса, а не инициировать возврат платежа.
10.1. Работа сервера и контента: Администрация Сервера обеспечивает функционирование сайта, игрового сервера и связанных с ними сервисов в режиме "КАК ЕСТЬ" (as is). Проведение технических работ, обновление игрового контента, функций сайта, а также выпуск исправлений осуществляется периодически, по мере необходимости и в том объеме, который Администрация считает достаточным для поддержания работоспособности и развития Проекта.
10.2. Изменение правил и условий: Администрация Сервера имеет право в любой момент и без предварительного согласования с Пользователями вносить изменения:
а) в настоящие Условия предоставления услуг (TOS);
б) в Правила сервера;
в) в игровой контент и механику игры;
г) в функционал и внешний вид сайта.
10.3. Информирование об изменениях: Администрация может, но не обязана дополнительно информировать каждого Пользователя о предстоящих или произошедших изменениях. Основными способами оповещения о ключевых изменениях являются:
а) публикация новостей на официальном сайте;
б) публикация информации на форуме проекта;
в) направление информационных писем по электронной почте. При регистрации Пользователь автоматически добавляется в список для получения информационных рассылок. Администрация оставляет за собой право отправлять такие письма вручную, по мере необходимости, чтобы сообщить о важных событиях или изменениях. Пользователь в любой момент может отписаться от рассылки в настройках своего аккаунта.
10.4. Ответственность Пользователя за отслеживание изменений. Пользователь обязан самостоятельно и регулярно ознакамливаться с актуальными версиями Условий и Правил, размещенными на сайте muonline.one. Продолжение использования сервиса после внесения любых изменений означает полное и безоговорочное согласие Пользователя с такими изменениями.
1.1. Prezentele Condiții de furnizare a serviciilor (denumite în continuare — "Condiții") reglementează relația dintre Antreprenorul Independent "ALEXANDR DAMIAN" (denumit în continuare — "Vânzător") și utilizator (denumit în continuare — "Utilizator") cu privire la utilizarea serviciilor disponibile pe site-ul muonline.one.
1.2. Prin utilizarea serviciului și/sau efectuarea unei plăți, Utilizatorul confirmă că a citit prezentele Condiții, le înțelege și este pe deplin de acord să le respecte. În sensul prezentelor Condiții, plata constituie o acceptare necondiționată (consimțământ) a Utilizatorului.
1.3. Vânzătorul are dreptul de a modifica prezentele Condiții în orice moment. Modificările intră în vigoare din momentul publicării lor pe această pagină. Continuarea utilizării serviciului după publicarea modificărilor înseamnă acceptarea acestora de către Utilizator.
2.1. Serverul muonline.one este complet gratuit. Nu sunt necesare abonamente sau achiziții obligatorii. Toate avantajele din joc pot fi obținute prin joc obișnuit, fără a cheltui bani.
2.2. Plățile efectuate de Utilizator sunt contribuții voluntare pentru sprijinirea și dezvoltarea serverului și a serviciilor conexe.
2.3. Ca recunoștință pentru sprijin, Utilizatorul primește instantaneu o recompensă în joc — Credite, care oferă anumite avantaje în joc.
2.4. Creditele sunt un serviciu digital și sunt furnizate Utilizatorului în baza unei licențe simple (neexclusive). Aceasta înseamnă că Utilizatorul primește un drept limitat de a folosi Creditele exclusiv pe serverul muonline.one pentru achiziții în joc, activarea statutului VIP și accesarea funcțiilor suplimentare ale jocului. Creditele nu au valoare monetară și nu pot fi schimbate pe bani reali, bunuri fizice sau servicii în afara Jocului.
2.5. Creditele sunt netransferabile și nu pot fi utilizate pe alte servere sau platforme. Odată ce Creditele sunt creditate în contul Utilizatorului, serviciul de furnizare a acestora este considerat prestat în totalitate.
2.6. Vânzătorul furnizează conținut și servicii digitale în conformitate cu Legea nr. 247/2024 (Legea privind conținutul digital și serviciile digitale).
2.7. Activitatea este desfășurată ca Antreprenor Independent în conformitate cu Legea nr. 228/2025 (Legea privind activitatea economică independentă a persoanelor fizice).
3.1. Utilizarea serverului de joc și a serviciilor conexe este guvernată de prezentele Condiții, precum și de Regulile Serverului, care sunt o parte integrantă a prezentului Acord.
3.2. Regulile Serverului conțin norme de comportament, o listă de acțiuni permise și interzise, precum și o descriere a sancțiunilor pentru încălcarea acestora.
4.1. Utilizatorul este pe deplin responsabil pentru securitatea datelor sale de cont (login, parolă). Toate acțiunile efectuate folosind contul său sunt considerate acțiuni ale Utilizatorului însuși.
4.2. Transferarea accesului la cont către terți este interzisă. Vânzătorul nu este responsabil pentru daunele cauzate de accesul neautorizat la contul Utilizatorului.
6.1. Dacă Utilizatorul nu este de acord cu cel puțin unul dintre punctele prezentelor Condiții sau cu Regulile Serverului, este obligat să refuze efectuarea plății și utilizarea serviciului.
6.2. Acțiune cu semnificație juridică (Acceptare). Efectuarea unei plăți este o confirmare necondiționată și suficientă că Utilizatorul a citit prezentele Condiții și Regulile Serverului, înțelege pe deplin conținutul lor și le acceptă fără rezerve sau excepții.
6.3. Fără dreptul la necunoaștere. Utilizatorul nu poate invoca faptul că nu a citit textul Condițiilor sau Regulilor (inclusiv dacă le-a răsfoit sau nu s-a familiarizat cu ele din orice motiv înainte de a efectua plata). Faptul plății este consimțământ automat și incontestabil la toate prevederile prezentului document.
7.1. Imunitatea nu există. Achiziționarea de Credite, activarea statutului VIP sau orice alte plăți NU oferă Utilizatorului imunitate de la respectarea Regulilor Serverului. Valoarea fondurilor contribute nu este o bază pentru exonerarea de răspundere pentru încălcarea acestora și nu acordă dreptul de a crea preferințe față de alți jucători.
7.2. În cazul depistării unei încălcări a Regulilor Serverului, Administrația are dreptul să aplice sancțiuni Utilizatorului, inclusiv până la blocarea completă și ireversibilă a contului de joc (Ban).
7.3. Consecințele blocării contului principal pentru încălcarea Regulilor. Utilizatorul recunoaște și este de acord că, în cazul blocării contului său de joc pentru încălcarea Regulilor Serverului:
a) Această încălcare este considerată vina și responsabilitatea exclusivă a Utilizatorului, indiferent dacă a citit Regulile înainte sau după plată.
b) Toate Creditele plătite, dar neutilizate, precum și toate avantajele achiziționate cu Credite (inclusiv statutul VIP, obiecte din joc, upgrade-uri), rămân în contul blocat și devin indisponibile pentru utilizare.
c) Vânzătorul nu rambursează banii plătiți pentru Credite și nu îi compensează în niciun alt mod.
d) Blocarea contului nu dă dreptul la compensare, transferul Creditelor neutilizate sau transferul avantajelor plătite către orice alt cont (inclusiv existent sau nou) al Utilizatorului.
7.4. Efectuând o plată, Utilizatorul își asumă toate riscurile asociate cu posibila încălcare viitoare a Regulilor și înțelege că faptul plății nu este o garanție a accesului perpetuu la Server dacă nu respectă normele de conduită stabilite.
7.5. Conturi multiple și combaterea fraudei la recomandări (referral).
a) Regulile nu interzic Utilizatorului să creeze și să folosească mai multe conturi de joc pentru jocul obișnuit.
b) Este interzisă crearea de conturi suplimentare folosind propriul link de recomandare (referral). Sistemul de recomandare este destinat să invite noi jucători, nu pentru ca Utilizatorul să creeze "clone" pentru a obține Credite fraude pentru resetări.
c) Dacă un Utilizator creează mai multe conturi folosind propriul link de recomandare (sau fraudează artificial sistemul de recomandare în alt mod), acțiunile sale sunt calificate drept încălcare gravă a Regulilor (abuz).
d) Pentru o astfel de încălcare, se aplică sancțiuni maxime:
— Blocare HWID imediată (blocare hardware), făcând imposibilă lansarea jocului pe acel calculator pentru totdeauna.
— Ștergerea (blocarea) tuturor conturilor aparținând Utilizatorului, inclusiv contul principal destinat să primească Creditele fraudate.
8.1. Orice încercare de a contesta o plată (chargeback) după primirea serviciului (creditarea Creditelor) va fi considerată un act fraudulos și un abuz de drept.
8.2. În cazul inițierii unei proceduri de chargeback, contul Utilizatorului este supus blocării automate și permanente fără drept de restaurare și fără nicio compensație sau rambursare a Creditelor deja cheltuite.
9.1. Vânzătorul nu este responsabil pentru întreruperile temporare și perioadele de nefuncționare a serverului cauzate de probleme tehnice, acțiunile furnizorilor de internet, găzduire sau circumstanțe de forță majoră.
9.2. Vânzătorul nu este responsabil pentru acțiunile altor utilizatori sau pentru orice daune cauzate de dezvăluirea de către Utilizator a datelor sale de cont.
9.3. Răspunderea maximă a Vânzătorului în orice caz este limitată la suma plătită de Utilizator pentru ultima tranzacție efectuată.
9.4. Prezentele Condiții sunt guvernate de legislația Republicii Moldova.
9.5. Toate disputele și neînțelegerile sunt soluționate prin negocieri. Dacă nu se poate ajunge la un acord, disputa este supusă examinării în instanțele judecătorești din Republica Moldova la locul de înregistrare al Vânzătorului.
9.6. În cazul unei erori tehnice (necreditarea Creditelor la debitarea fondurilor), Utilizatorul se obligă să contacteze mai întâi Serviciul de Suport pentru a rezolva problema, nu să inițieze o rambursare.
10.1. Funcționarea serverului și a conținutului: Administrația Serverului asigură funcționarea site-ului, serverului de joc și a serviciilor conexe în regimul "AȘA CUM ESTE" (as is). Efectuarea lucrărilor tehnice, actualizarea conținutului jocului, a funcțiilor site-ului și lansarea remedierilor se efectuează periodic, după cum este necesar și în măsura în care Administrația consideră suficientă pentru menținerea funcționalității și dezvoltării Proiectului.
10.2. Modificarea regulilor și condițiilor: Administrația Serverului are dreptul de a face modificări în orice moment și fără acordul prealabil cu Utilizatorii la:
a) prezentele Condiții de furnizare a serviciilor (TOS);
c) conținutul jocului și mecanica jocului;
d) funcționalitatea și aspectul site-ului.
10.3. Informarea despre modificări: Administrația poate, dar nu este obligată să informeze suplimentar fiecare Utilizator despre modificările viitoare sau trecute. Principalele metode de notificare a modificărilor cheie sunt:
a) publicarea de știri pe site-ul oficial;
b) publicarea de informații pe forumul proiectului;
c) trimiterea de scrisori informative prin e-mail. La înregistrare, Utilizatorul este adăugat automat în lista de distribuție pentru buletine informative.
